Santa Fe Train Depot capacity is 250. Rental includes 50
parking spaces. We will need to discuss the #'s for
dinner seating in different areas. There is no sound system
in this facility.
Rental price includes set up/clean up. Linens are NOT
included, but provided for $10.00 a
tabletop covering and $25.00 for skirting...28’
adjustable height tables for $10.00 each and bar stools for
$3.00 each.
Bricktown Event Center has a 50 x 25 x 4 stage, 1 wireless
microphone, podium, pre-set lighting, house sound system (CD
PLAYER) included. A screen and DVD player are available for
an additional cost. Sound system is good for public speaking
or background music only. If there is a band, DJ, or
presentation all equipment will have to be brought in at the
renter’s expense.
The rental rate is required to hold and confirm the date and
is non refundable, a separate check of $500.00
is required as a damage deposit. The balance and additional
fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. In the
event of a cancellation, any payments will be applied to a
make up date based on availability.
Security is required for all events. Your cost is $20.00
per hour per officer (4-hour minimum) Brewer Entertainment
reserves the right to decide how many officers will be
required for each event.
Bricktown Catering Services of Brewer Entertainment is one
of Oklahoma’s premier catering services. Brewer
Entertainment holds all rights to food and beverage services
and concession. 3rd party is allowed for catering based on
a $4.00 surcharge per person. However by choosing Bricktown
Catering you will receive 10% off room rental on catering
sales larger then $1500.00. Host/Cash bar is provided
exclusively by the facility. You CAN NOT bring in your own
or have a third party vendor. All alcoholic beverages and
soft drinks must be purchased through Brewer Entertainment. Bartender(s) are $125.00 each.
